Summary

Target

The target participants for this programme is the members of the Senior Hierarchy and Leaders of organisations. These are the individuals in the front line team that will own the development and implementation of the strategy. It will also be responsible for implementing the relevant actions needed to respond to the operational and challenges and opportunities facing the organisation.
