This programme focuses on high quality, personalized individual leadership development. It offers specialized Coaching and Counselling assistance in specific competency areas.

The programme assumes that the participating company has a Performance Development Process for both identifying potential leaders and their development gaps. It works closely with line managers to track individual potential leaders in their natural work environment and seeks to coach and/or counsel the leaders on how to improve on the competency areas.

This is a one-on-one programme tailored for the identified individuals. It is made up of a combination private discussions and feedback sessions and tracking/coaching/counseling of the individual in his or her natural work environment.
